OUR RECRUITING PROCEDURE
Step one: send your CV and presentation
Introduce yourself to us, wear your best attire, and send us your CV. Use the form to send us a detailed presentation about yourself. Tell us who you are, what motivates you to apply to Zordan Logistics, what your best qualities are, and why you believe you are the ideal person for our team
We will consider your presentation and evaluate it with our internal Human Resources department.
Once you have sent us your CV and presentation, along with our HR managers, we will assess your application, and it will be our responsibility to contact you to let you know if we could be the right company for you and vice versa.

If the outcome of step 2 is positive, we will schedule a preliminary phone interview with you, followed by an in-person meeting to get to know each other better. We will invite you to our company premises if possible, or alternatively, we will schedule a video call to learn more about who you are, what you would like to do, how we can meet your needs, and how you can help us make Zordan Logistics a better company in the world of transportation and logistics.
We have reached the conclusion of our selection process, and if you have made it this far, you are now part of the Zordan Logistics team.
We will schedule a final meeting with you if necessary, where we will draw up an employment and collaboration contract. We will discuss in detail your duties, responsibilities, and work hours. Additionally, we will discuss any necessary training and support, and together we will agree on a mutually satisfactory financial proposal.

TRAFFIC DISPATCHER FULL-TIME
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a new traffic dispatcher to manage external carriers, develop and grow new suppliers, and handle national merchandise traffic.
This role is EXTREMELY important to us as managing external carriers represents our company in the eyes of the customer.
Therefore, we are looking for a HUNGRY individual who is ambitious and has great growth goals along with us.
(NOTE: At least 4 years of work experience required)

In addition to the monthly fixed salary, there will be a COMPENSATION PLAN based on the achievement of metrics and KPIs (paid monthly along with the compensation).
The hours are standard office hours, but as we are constantly growing and the type of work required is very dynamic, we require flexibility in hours if necessary to complete certain types of work or during periods of high workload.
