The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with Zordan Logistica Srl, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
Pursuant to art. 15 – 22 GDPR, the interested party has the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data or to correct or cancel them or limit their processing, or have the right to oppose their processing, as well as the right to request the portability of the data.
The request can be made by email or fax or registered letter with the subject: “request by the interested party” specifying in the request the right that the interested party wants to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid address e-mail / certified e-mail address to which the reply is to be sent.
The data controller or anyone appointed by the same, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the answer is complex, the time could be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely communication to the interested party.
